Greetings and Blessings everyone! You may notice that there have been some changes. I found out that some people had been selling or attempting to sell some of the content here and in WitchUniversity.com in the form of ebooks. Stupid, I know, but greed tends to make people idiots. I’m not sure how they thought they’d get away with it.
I was doing my daily observances as usual, and the divination told me to search myself. So I searched myself, and did some thinking about my life. But then I kept getting the message, “SEARCH YOURSELF!” I was like what do they mean? So then while I was searching Google, I decided to search for myself. I didn’t see anything out of the ordinary, so I started to search for some of my content keywords to see how I was ranking. Then I understood what they meant.
So I reported the offenders who were making people pay or endure their ads for content that I specifically want to keep free and ad free. Google took them down rather quickly, and I am very impressed with them for that. Still doesn’t make up for their diversity issues and over coddling social media that hosts way too much racist spam, but baby steps. At least they are working on their problems, partly because they are understanding that safety and security is good for business, and people worried about being murdered because they’re brown or for who they love is bad for business.
Anyway, I understood that if I want to keep my sites free I have to restrict the visibility of certain things to those sincere enough about the craft to sign up. Signing up is free, and I might even have some special goodies for members if I get enough donations. At least some drawings for prizes.
Also, I want to let y’all know that we are hosting blogs around here now. If you want a blog on one of my domains and can operate WordPress for yourself, I’ll give you your own directory for that for $25 per month. You can do whatever you want in it as long as it’s legal and not skeevy, racist, or otherwise nasty. Go to WitchUniversity.net to read the terms and sign up for that. You can choose a different domain to be hosted on though, like Orisha.me or Auset.net.
